It’s not common that you hear about a builder starting a new project in the current real estate industry. To have a builder start construction in a new community indicates the success and strength of the company to not only endure a rough economy, but grow. So, we could not be more proud to announce that Tom Sharp has resumed building in Olde Heritage, a 145 home conservation neighborhood in Woodstock, Georgia.
During our past involvement at Olde Heritage, we experienced tremendous success offering elegant homes from our Classic series. However, buyer demands have changed in the past couple of years, so with our new investment in the Woodstock community, Sharp Residential will be offering existing floor plans as well as introducing new floor plans from our New Traditions Series of homes. We know that home buyers have a great incentive encouraging them to put a contract in on a new home by April 30, 2010 – the federal housing tax credit. Well, at Sharp Residential, we want to offer something to the Atlanta real estate agents who work so hard to find the perfect home for all of their clients. That is why we are offering a 5% co-op commission on all new contracts written by April 30, 2010 at Liberty Park.
Liberty Park features intown Atlanta townhomes priced from only the $150’s. These three-story homes are ideal for first time home buyers. In order to get the 5% co-op commission, real estate agents just need to lead these buyers in the direction of Liberty Park. Read the rest of this entry »

We hope you haven’t put away your beads and masks just yet because Mardi Gras may have taken place weeks ago, but Woodstock is continuing the celebration on Friday night, March 5th. For the past three years, Mardi Gras on Main has been the kick-off event for the Friday Night Live series, and it is a favorite event among Woodstock residents.
Anyone that has only recently purchased one of the Woodstock new homes at Lakestone and is unfamiliar with the Friday Night Live series, allow us to elaborate. Plus, the streets are filled with live music and other entertainers, and, depending on the night’s theme, other events will take place in the gazebo or park. It’s a great time for Woodstock residents of all ages to get together and have fun while supporting local merchants at the same time. Read the rest of this entry »
