2010 brings sales and growth to Sharp Residential’s Lakestone subdivision in Woodstock, Georgia. Despite the current economic times, the Atlanta lake community has enjoyed much success, and builder-developer Tom Sharp says that he looks forward to opening Phase II of this 203 home community by the fall of this year.

It’s so great to enter a new home community that is full of life. Many new homes are currently under construction with “under contract” and “sold” signs decorating the street-scape. Although, probably the most exciting construction currently taking place at Lakestone is the completion of the amenities. The junior Olympic sized swimming pool, kiddie pool and playground are all anticipated to be open in June 2010. So, existing residents as well as new residents, can rest assured that their summer days will indeed be spent relaxing by the sparkling pool.

While Phase II is expected to open later this fall, don’t think that now is not a great time to buy at Lakestone. There are still lakefront opportunities with motivating incentives for buyers in Phase I. Plus, if you get your home under contract before April 30th, you are eligible to claim one of the federal home buyer tax credits.

As for Phase II, Tom Sharp says he looks forward to expanding Lakestone’s successes of lake side lots later this year.
