Atlanta residents will soon have another outlet mall shopping option. CBL Associates and Horizon Group Properties recently broke ground on a new outlet mall in Woodstock, which is expected to be complete by August 2013.
The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta will feature Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue, Brooks Brothers, OFF 5th, Guess, White House | Black Market, Michael Kors, Puma, Converse, Under Armour, Cole Haan, Vans, Levis, Talbots, Carters, Le Creuset and more. It will be located off I-575 at Ridgewalk Parkway in Woodstock, and is expected to bring in more than $130 million in annual sales.
